PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
Italian citizens need to apply for a valid visa to travel to the People's Republic of China. For this purpose it is mandatory to have a Passport valid for at least six months and documentation useful for obtaining a visa according to your needs.
From 15 March 2023 it is again possible to apply for any type of visa for the People's Republic of China: tourism, business, conferences, work, study or private visit.
APPLY FOR YOUR VISA
Tourist Visa
Italian citizens and foreign citizens legally resident in Italy, to travel for tourism in the People's Republic of China must apply for this type of visa.
In this case you will need to have:
- Completed and signed form (we provide it in agency)
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Permit or Residence Card (foreign citizen)
- Hotel booking and return/return flight
- Photo card 3,5x4,5 cm recent with white background
The visa can be with single or double entry, with a maximum validity of 30 days of continuous stay and is issued with standard or fast procedure.
Business Visa
Italian citizens and foreign citizens legally resident in Italy, to go to the People's Republic of China invited by a private company for work or to participate in trade fairs and events, must apply for this type of visa.
In this case you will need to have:
- Completed and signed form (we provide it in agency)
- Passport valid for at least 6 months
- Permit or Residence Card (foreign citizen)
- Photo card 3,5x4,5 cm recent with white background
- Chinese company invitation letter or Invitation Letter issued by the Municipality where the Chinese company is located (for multiple visas)
- Letter of financial cover in case the invitation does not indicate who will pay the travel expenses
The validity of the visa ranges from a minimum of 30 days and single entry to a maximum of one year with multiple entries.
