EGYPT

Italian citizens need to request an electronic authorization to travel to Egypt for tourism purposes that is obtained in about 72 hours and with a maximum validity of stay of 30 days with continuous single or multiple entry. It is necessary to have your Passport or Identity Card valid for at least six months and travel itinerary details (but no operational booking is required).

Anyone who is not on this list, or has to travel for business/work reasons, must apply for an ordinary visa approved by officials of the Consulate of Egypt.

Tourism Visa

To apply for this type of visa you must have:

  •  The form duly completed and signed (we provide it at the agency).
  •  2 photos card size 5x5 cm recent with white background (we provide them in the agency).
  •  The Passport with the validity of at least 6 months from the issuance of the visa.
  •  The Residence Permit with a minimum remaining validity of six months (for non-EU citizens), for Community citizens (non-Italian) a copy of a certificate of Italian residence with a date of issue not earlier than 6 months is required.
  •  Travel Details with Hotel and Air Reservations.
For some specific nationalities is also required authorization from the Egyptian Ministry, which if approved will allow you to apply for a visa. For more details, please contact us.

Business Visa

Italian citizens and foreign citizens legally resident in Italy, in order to hold a business meeting, a work activity with a Saudi customer etc. must apply for this type of visa.

  •  The form duly filled out and signed (we provide it in the agency)
  •  2 photos card size 5x5 cm recent with white background (we provide them in the agency)
  •  The Passport with the validity of at least 6 months from the issuance of the visa
  •  The Residence Permit with a minimum remaining validity of six months (for non-EU citizens), for Community citizens (non-Italian) a copy of a certificate of Italian residence with a date of issue not earlier than 6 months is required
  •  Request letter from the Italian company on English letterhead
  •  Invitation letter from the Egyptian company confirming all useful information
