Tourism, Business and Medical Visa B1 / B2

The B1 visa / B2 are intended for those who wish to travel to the United States for a limited period for business reasons. Business generally means participation in scientific, educational or professional meetings, seminars and conferences, consultations and negotiations of contracts. With such a visa it is not allowed to use, or earn professional benefits from American companies/entities.

The path of B1/B2 visa practice

1. Book an appointment or call (Whatsapp, Skype, Zoom);
   
2. Complete the DS-160 module with full assistance;
3. Book an appointment with our specialized staff for the chosen date at the embassy;
4. Present yourself at the interview with the necessary documentation;
   
5. • Confirmation page of the DS-160 form;
     
   • Valid passport;
   • A passport photo for each visa applicant, including children;
   • Satisfactory documentation showing the purpose and duration of the trip;
   • Documentation on your situation.
6. In case of approval, the visa is usually issued within one week. The passport is then returned to DHL in the manner chosen (home delivery or collection at a designated DHL office);
   
7. If the visa is not approved, the passport is returned at the end of the interview with the consular official together with a letter explaining the reasons for the refusal of the visa.
